What we collect
Personal data — information that identifies you or could be used to contact you, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and billing/payment details. We only collect this when you voluntarily provide it, for example when you make an enquiry, request a callback, or book a unit.
Non-personal data — aggregate, anonymised statistics about visitors to our website (e.g. browser type, general navigation patterns) that cannot be used to identify you individually.

How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as you have an active storage agreement with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations (generally up to 6 years after the end of your agreement, in line with Irish record-keeping requirements). Enquiry details from people who don't go on to book are kept for a shorter period and deleted if no booking follows.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- Our booking and storage-management software provider (Stora), who processes data on our behalf to run this website and our booking system;
- Payment processors, to take and process payments securely;
- Insurers, if you take out storage insurance through us, for the purposes of that policy and fraud prevention;
- Credit reference or fraud prevention agencies, where relevant to protecting the business against fraud or unpaid debt;
- Professional advisers, regulators, or authorities such as An Garda Síochána, Revenue, or the courts, where we're required to by law or to enforce our agreement with you;
- A buyer or successor, if we sell or transfer the business — you'll be notified and given the chance to raise concerns.
Where a service provider we use is based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) before any of your data is transferred there.
